Market research on Poland

The Polish market, read from Polish sources

We check markets, competitors and partners in Poland for foreign manufacturers and B2B companies. Our analysts work directly with GUS (Statistics Poland) data, KRS (National Court Register) filings and the Polish trade press. Every product has a set scope and delivery time, and we send a quote within 72 hours.

Projects take from 10 days to 8 weeks, depending on scope.

How do I research the Polish market before entering it?

Start from the decision you need to make:

  • An in-depth market analysis (10–15 working days) covers demand, import share, local competitors, channels and certification.
  • A market entry strategy (4–8 weeks) ends with a clear go or no-go.
  • To check one Polish company, order a Polish Company Check (48–72 hours).
  • To find partners, order a distributor shortlist (about two weeks).

Why do you use Polish-language sources?

Most of the data that matters exists only in Polish: financial statements in the court register, detailed GUS statistics, trade press, tenders and conversations with Polish distributors and buyers. We read these sources and deliver the result in English. Every figure has a source, and every paid report includes commentary from industry experts.

Do you work in English and invoice in EUR?

Yes, we work in English: reports, summaries, presentations and all communication are in English. Tell us your preferred currency in the enquiry, and we confirm the currency and invoicing terms in the quote. EU business clients with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge. We sign an NDA in English before the project starts if you need one.

Can you compare Poland with other markets?

Yes. An in-depth market analysis can add other EU markets, including Central and Eastern European countries, to the same project. Each additional country extends the timeline. A market entry strategy compares up to five markets, for example Poland, DACH, Scandinavia, Turkey or the USA, and recommends where and how to enter.

Do you interview Polish buyers and distributors?

Yes. Our analysts interview distributors, buyers and industry experts in Polish, and we do not tell interviewees who the research is for. We run CATI telephone surveys in-house and large CAWI online surveys through a partner panel. Focus groups (FGI) are also available.

What is the difference between a free market brief, Market Scan and an in-depth analysis?
  • A free market brief gives the key figures and conclusions to read online. You can quote the data if you name the source.
  • Market Scan is a ready-made PDF report with market size, key players, trends and expert commentary, delivered within 3 business days.
  • An in-depth analysis is written for your decision.

If you order the full analysis of the same market within 60 days, we deduct the price of the scan.

How long does a project take, and what does the price depend on?

Projects take from 48–72 hours (Company Check) to 4–8 weeks (market entry strategy). The price depends on the number of markets, how deep we go into competitors, the number of interviews and the deadline. Within 72 hours you get a free, non-binding quote with the scope, price and timeline. No call is needed.
